DCS Manteca, CA: I have recieved 4 calls on my cell phone from this number in the past 3 days. No voice mails had been left. When I called the number back to find out who this was, a woman came on the line from "DCS". She would not tell me what this business was, but required my name to "access my acount". I gave her my name & she then asked for my full social security number for "verification purposes". I refused to give her my SS# & she became defensive & told me that I should just "answer my phone when they call". I asked her to remove me from their call list & she told me there wasn't one. She still would never explain what the company was but that I must have an account with them.
