Obnoxious woman, mousy voice, kept calling me by my first name to gain confidence and make me think it was legit that she was trying to locate someone. No doubt a collection agency calling from neighbors off an easily obtained street index. Can't knock someone for doing a job with the skills she's been trained to employ, but there was no excuse for her rudeness and condescension when I told her I would not even acknowledge who I am. She glibly replied that if I didn't want to help, there were plenty of other "neighbors" she could call. If that rude [***] calls me again, she'll get an un-neighborly earful. I'm sure she's used to it.
