This is another DCS collection phone number. They said the name of a person and said our company name on voice mail. We called back and left a message that the person was not associated with our company. After reading the messages here about DCS, we will neither answer a call from, or make a call to, them. Incidentally, their message on the voice mail said (paraphrasing), "This is so-and-so calling for so-and-so at <our company name>. If you are not this company, hang up. There will be a three second pause now. ... By not hanging up, you have indicated that you are this company." Then, "This is an important call with personal information. If you are not where no one else can hear you, hang up now. There will be a three second pause now. ... By not hanging up, you have indicated..." -- and so on. The number they left to call back on is 1-800-866-5317.
