I got a call from this number today asking if I knew a neighbor of mine. I had no idea who the were looking for, as there are over 300 units in my complex. WTF are they thinking? If i was the person they are looking for I'd be PISSED they're calling neighbors looking for me.
They called and I didn't answered the call at that time. I called back from the caller ID and the lady who answered said what number are you calling from. I asked her who DCS Inc was and she said she couldn't tell me, then demanded I tell her my name. I told I would do that when hell freeze over, then hung up. Then they called back 3 times in a roll, on the third time I blew a whistle into the phone, I haven't heard from them since.
Has been calling every night for 10 days. I hear only dead air when I pick up. They don't leave a voicemail. When I returned the call, the person only said, "Hello', and refused to identify herself or the company she works for. DNC has a website. They are indeed a debt collection agency.
