Lady named Joan Field called and left message with phone attendant that was personal business. Returned call and answer machine asked that I give my social security # and name. I left my name and phone #. She returned my call claiming to be looking for Curtis Jones and wanted to know if I knew him. She said she was with DCS inc. I asked what that was and she said she could not devulge that info. I asked what she was calling about. She said she had personal business to discuss with a Curtis Jones and since my last name was Jones, she thought I may know him. I told her I would report the call since she could not tell me what DCS was or what she was trying to do. She appologised for any inconvenience.

I spoke to this woman regarding my own student loans that were past due. She is from a company called Diversified Collections Services and her job is to bother the [***] out of people who have fallen on hard times and cannot pay a debt. She is really nasty!!!!
THEY ARE IDIOTS, I CALLED IN TO PAYOFF MY STUFF AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOREVER, I LEFT A MESSAGE. NO CALLBACK, DID THE SAME THING 3 DAYS LATER.. NO CALL BACK!!
