called repeatedly, would not provide any information about why she wanted to speak with my boss... super annoying.

called stating i owed 05 state taxes in VA SHE WAS RUDE and not professional her name is Elisabeth Nelson from Richomnd Va that works for a collection ageency called DCS - Diversified Collections

they are a collection agency out of California to collect supposedly back due va state tax they are very rude and unprofessional they say i owe taxes and i don't even live in Virginia i informed of such and told them not to call me that all further contact will be by mail yet they still call me i wonder if i can sue them and the state of Virginia taxation  since they are contracted by them?

wanted me to provide the number to my neighbor but would not give a reason as to why.

Got a phone call from this number and they wanted me to give them my neighbor's phone number.  I asked why and they said it is related to a business matter.  I asked them who they were and she said she was calling from out of state.  I asked was this a collection agency and she would never say who she was or why she was calling.  I told her to not call back or I would report them to the BBB and to the phone company as a harrasing call.
