Robo "Brigitte" from Cardholder Services called my cell phone to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my account, but that I could press one to lower my interest rates or press 3 to stop receiving notifications. Naturally, I chose to hang up. "Rachel" and "Heather" have apparently been replaced.
