"Person claims to call from the Federal Goverment to offer free English courses to qualified candidates. Victim provides personal information and few days later gets a call back stating that they did not qualify and they must now pay $300 for the course that was prepared by the Government to go out. They demmand that a prepaid card be used for the payment and if they do not the courts will go after them. The representaitve will not provide where they work or an address and they are very agressive. Be cautious of this for it appears to be a VERY BIG SCAM."

They called in August and tried to sell me something i told them i would call them back if i was interested. I never called them back. I unfortunately i answered in November and was told i owed then $600and if i didn't pay they would sue me for $3000-$4000. That they already shipped a Fed ex package to my home... however i never have them my address.. then they wanted a visa gift card sent to them as payment...
