Who called from 2098933002

called back and it just rang. no answer. line just went dead after ringing. it did not disconnect either.

Same situation here, but did not leave a message.  I pay for my phone to make and receive valid calls.  A wrong number is one thing but these calla where no one is there is a Pain In the @$$.  Can someone stop these people from doing this.  I would say  call and report but to who and what if any will be done to them.
