Calls all day and even 9:00 at night. Won't say what the call is about just says "Oh she's not available? Ok" and then hangs up.

Calls all day and when answered the first person says it is an organization collecting money for veterans.
Then he puts on a woman who is very nice, she wants to have you pledge $50 over the phone, will even take a check over the phone to "save you time".  Beware, never give out numbers to strangers over the phone!!

I just got a phone call from a man asking for my husband when I said he was not home he immediately hung up. He didn't even give me a chance to ask where he was calling from The caller ID said QVD. The phone call was also late at night 9:00 PM

QVD - Scam Veteran Organization

I called the number back when the caller was rude, to complain.  Same person on the answering machine on the call.  Reporting the call to Veteran's Affairs

definitely a scam artist calling this late at night
