I just got a call from this number on July 24th, 2011 by someone who goes by the name of Phal. He thought I was a female escort and he attempted to solicit me into meeting him up to do unthinkable acts. I hung up quickly and reported him to the local authority. After doing a reverse search of the phone number on google I found that the persons full name is Phal Vong.
