I have recieved multiple calls a night from phone numbers starting with (201)918-xxxx. I called verizon to block the number but the next night I was receiving the same calls. I called verizon again to block the number and the next night, still getting these harassing calls. Well, on the 3rd night I realized that the last four digits of the number had changed. Each time I blocked a number, a differnet one would call me. Verizon told me my only option really is to change my phone number and that they wouldn't charge since it was do to harassing phone calls. I don't know if it is some kind of computer program set up to call people, or what the point is, but it is VERY VERY irritating.
