Who called from 2099380367

Man's voice: "Non-working number".  I did call PG&E about a power outage the night before.

Recorded call that started before the voicemail started recording, so all I heard was "have your account number ready when you call."

caller ID says its P G E COMPANY (not P.G.& E as in electric company)  but when I answer it  the caller hangs up?  WTF!!!

Someone called my home from this number claiming to be from ( PGE ? ) it was automated this has to be fraudulent.

It is a call from PG&E. I receive a call from this number today on Feb 6, 2013. I didn't answer the call b/c I didn't recognize the number and it was a out-of-area number (209). The person left a message to let me know that my family was not qualified for additional allotment of medical baseline gas usage for my son who has permanent disability, which I personally requested a couple weeks ago. So, this is not a telemarketer's number.
