This number is the University of the Pacific in Stockton California, or Pacific as they are now known. Alumni fundraising. These people will not leave me alone!
These people have called hundreds of times, 4-5 times a day, always early in the morning and 10-15 minutes before 9pm, every night - and weekends. I have records and records of their calls.
I have emailed the Pacific.Edu communications department, left voicemails at this number, no response, so I just block them. However, I find it annoying that they keep calling after a written notification to stop.
I have no idea how they have my fax/home number in the first place, my assumption is ATT sells their home numbers to make money unless you pay them to keep it unlisted.
