Who called from 2101984422

i got a call from 210-198-4422 no name did not leave message call late at night i wish you stop harrassing people

I received a call from this 210 198 4422 number in Spanish stating that they are from "the telephone company" but they didn't specify as to what company. I simply hung up after they refused to provide more info. There's something fishy about these people.

somebody call from this ph # , I answer in english.nobody replies back.
but there are some other voices on the distance, in the same "room", after a few seconds I hang up

This number has been calling at least twice a day now for the past two weeks.  How can this be stopped?

How can I get this 210-198-4422 to stop calling? 10 times in 2 days.
