This is a rental/property scam! DO NOT SEND MONEY! They post counterfeit rental ads, pose as the homeowner and ask you to Money Gram a "fully-refundable" deposit to a receiving company and claim they will FedEx you keys and rental agreement upon receipt. I met with the actual homeowner who is offering the property for double the rent published by the scammer.
