just received a call, didn't answer and I called right back to get a NOT IN SERVICE message

the caller hung up without talking

I've been getting calls from this number and they say nothing when I answer. But just now when I answered a woman asked for my husband by name. I told her he was not available and asked to take a message and she said no and hung up immediately. What is this?
