NCS or NCN, When I answered, an "investigator Bradshaw" came on the phone asking for my name and social, I didn't want to confirm anything over the phone so I humored them and gave them my last four ( I figure they can get this from the internet).  Anyway, when she "confirmed" it was me, I told her give me your company name and she said NCS or NCN and identified her company as a "legal" and that she had a pending legal action against me, blah, blah...

I asked her for her address and she told me, let me put you on hold (if you do the same, it is guaranteed that they will do the same to you). She said, I have to pass you to the "lead investigator", but then after that hold a guy came on the line and wanted to start speaking to me but I interrupted to ask him for his name.  He said his name is "Tim King" and I asked him for his title; he said "Lawyer".  I asked him "Where are you barred", he said "Texas".  I said, "So I should be able to find you on the internet right?", he said: "Yeah, I guess". Then he continued, "Are you done interrupting me?" I said, "No, give me your address". Then he said, "Oh, I see where this is going..." and continued talking but I interrupted him once again and told him, "Do what you want or what you have to do... see ya!" and hung up.

This company might be legit but most likely will not be.  The way they handled themselves proved to me that these people are more than likely bottom feeders (that buy old debts and try to collect) wanting to pray on scared people out of their hard earned money.  Don't let this be you!  Fight back but do things the right way.  Ask for names, addresses, company names, etc. before you start pulling out your wallet/credit card #.  If they are legit, they will have no problem giving it to you because they will know that you mean business and possibly a check (with the money you owe them - that they are trying to collect) will probably follow the conversation.  But even if these crazies try to threaten to take you to court or throw you in jail (unless you've broken a law... missing a payment on a debt is not against the law).  Additionally, they can't even take you to court unless they've proven to you before they take you to court that you owe the money they say you owe them.  Well, they can take you to court but they have to prove that they've done things the right way on their side to even have a slight chance of winning the case.

Lastly, log your call here and expose these s*hit heads!

Sincerely,
M.F. Jacques Cousteau
