SCAM call. Called and said they knew we had a problem with our computer. Asked for computer ID. Then wanted a credit card number to sell a security for the computer. 199.00 for a year, 299.00 for 2 years and 399.00 for a life time security. We called back to see if they would answer. They did and when we asked to have our number removed from their call list they proceeded to cuss us out using every word in the book and hung up. Very obvious scam.
