SCAM!!! Do not answer. Normally I would not answer an unrecognized number, but I was expecting a call and only knew it would be 210 area code. I answered a call today from 210-212-5423 and it was a recording of a person pretending to be answering, "Hello? ...(pause)... This is Amanda...(pause)...I'm calling you today about solar energy panels...(pause)...are you still there?..." then it hung up. It's probably a robo-dialer to see which phone numbers can reach customers for telemarketers.
