Who called from 2102459970

Male voice, asked for party by name, when told not home, he hung up.  Reports, elsewhere on the web, indicate call is for harassment.  For this one I wildcard blocked the last 2 digits; 210-245-99##.  They are either harassing the public, or calling to see if anyone's home,  in order to commit burglary.   They display UNKNOWN on the CID.

Its roofers doing cold calling and looking for prospects.
