something wrong with my IP address, thick Indian accent, and frankly, a little belligerent...when I asked what company they represented, they said windows technical services  ( not microsoft)  I told them not to call back, they also called on 210-280-8487....The 0540 came up on my caller id as NOVATEL.  2nd number came up San Antonio TX
