Who called from 2102491424

got a call 2 weeks ago from a similar number, & the person said I had won something & then asked me for credit card info. (I deleted the number)
2 days ago I got a call but didn't pick up, the number was 1-210-249-1402. No message. Nothing.
Just now today I got another call from this number: 1-210-249-1424. Again didn't pick up, they left no message.

i keep getting phone calls from 210-249-1424 and 210-249-1329. dont know who they are, but if they dont stop they are gonna catch an earful.
