THIS COMPANY Called saying I have a payday loan and the have filed charges against me I called nc state attorneys office a found out it was a scam and payday loans are illegal in the state of north Carolina
Strange message, no name identified as intended recipient, just that a legal matter was pending in the courts against us. I tried to call it back and after 4 rings it rolls to generic auto-bot voice, "no one is available to take your call, please leave a message." Thinking it's one of the many collection calls my husband and I receive on a daily basis for his ex-wife.
