SCAM ALERT!!! This is a scam on over due electric bills a Spanish speaking man on the line don't fall for it check for caller id for this number also calling from 801-615-6443 hang up call your company instead to make sure bills are paid

I just got a call saying that my last to payments we're never processed and that my light is about to be cut off. They said that they sent out a letter saying that the place I paid was not authorize place to pay then. He told me to go to walgreens and make payments that were due. The guy was on his way to cut off my electric. SCAM thank Jose for the heads up

Scam Alert!!!! These people harassed my mother scaring her with threats to cut off her electricity, if she did not make a payment at Walgreens because her electric company was no longer taking payments via mail.... the idiots said their names were Nicolas Pimental, Brayan, and some lady... they spoke in Spanish... they said they represented Reliant Energy. When they brought my mom to tears, I took the phone, and the lady was spewing harrasment of the worst kind. I told her off and told her I was sure she was a scam artist and asked to speak with her manager, the manager never came on the line, and I was disconnected.

Let your Mom know this scam has been running for years. Over two decades ago, someone claiming to be from her local EMC and perched atop a power pole called my late Mother and threatened to cut off her power unless she paid them extortion money. When she demanded to speak to his supervisor, the line went dead. She immediately reported the incident to her EMC, who stated they had been receiving similar complaints ever since a bunch of scam artists had been run out of a neighboring state.
