I first received a call yesterday at my job from "Ricky Bell" with a thick Indian accent claiming that I had a payday loan that was never paid. I requested in writing an invoice but he could refused to send me anything in writing and kept demanding that I give him a credit card for the payment. I told him that I would be happy to pay the bill if I had some kind of invoice but he kept refusing to send me one. He threatened me with a lawsuit and told me I am going to JAIL! Today he called and said his name was "Jacob Mathews" but it was the same person I spoke with yesterday! Yesterday he claimed to work for the Bureau of Crime investigations and today he said he worked for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Agency.

I just received a call from this number but did not answer. A man with a very thick Indian accent left a message claiming that there is a lawsuit against my social security number, he is an officer of some agency insisting I return his call. As I'm writing this message he called me back from a 911 number. This happened to me two years ago, the same allegation against my social, harassing me at home and at work. It is a SCAM. Just be aggressive with these people and they are more apt to leave you alone.
