Some woman in a call center that sounded Indian. She said she was from some diabetic research place or something along those lines and then asked if anyone in the household was diabetic. When I said no, she never responded, yet the line stayed active for another 30 seconds...this was the fourth time before 2:30 they had called, so i finally answered.
Got a call in terrible quality from this number.
They seek to find info about investment possibilities without claiming who they are.
I'm pretty sure if you'd respond they will send out the sharks to you ;-)
Waste of time / waste of money - I keep them on hold till they disconnect.
Finland here as well, call to our company from +12102808094 came July 26th at 9:32 local (GMT+2). Left it unanswered due to the country code as we only do business with a few countries in Europe. Then I did a quick Google search and ended up here :) Very helpful indeed.
I have been getting the same number call me here in Nebraska saying they were going to come arrest me for failure to pay on my payday loan. They have my social security number and my address as well as my metabank prepaid credit card information. I even checked my card and printed off all of my transactions and deposits and there is nothing that says I have had a deposit for a payday loan on my account.
These people speak little to no english and the english they do speak is so broken and they talk so fast that you cant understand them. I am planning on calling them back here in a few minutes and seeing what they have to say. I have already contacted my attorney on this matter and am doing what he has suggested.
They even use actors name like Michelle Pfeiffer and Christopher Walken. When I asked for their badge numbers or to speak to their supervisors they refuse that information.
