That is my story too but I don't have any 403 or 430  Our prefix is 250 so they are really stretching this calling out.  I will check my phone bill next month.  The number that called me was 210-280-8487

Ditto!  I'm in Canada, too, and have received a call from this number 3 times now, but never picked it up and no voice message........googled it and ended up here.

I've been calls from them, and a 408#, are you a Rogers customer by chance?

I am a rogers customer and i'm from canada and they have been calling me for over a week now.  very annoying.

ME TOO! Over the last week I have received 3 calls... I am a Rogers Canada cell customer.
I have not answered any of the calls, and no messages have been left. The most recent call was today 2:14pm (10 min ago).
