As you are the first person to post under this number there isn't much to go on. If you don't know anyone in that City/State do not take or call back the number. As caller ID can be easily faked your caller could be anyone anywhere in the world.

They keep calling and never say anything.  Yelled at them today to stop calling and she says ok no problem

Called trying to sell me a back and knee brace.  Told them to send me the information before I commit to anything.
210-301-4896 was the caller ID and same for the Company ID
