Someone keep calling me from this number stating that a law suit has been filed against me and I have to pay them the money or else...but I didn know anything about it. So I would like to know who the people is harassing me and I want to know who it is if you can help at all.

They are also trying to "collect" past due money I supposedly owe. offering me a deal to reduce debt from original amount. I think it's a scam since the have tried to do this to me twice before. Same Indian accent same John Smith calling just different number.
they are calling me saying that i got a payday loan from American payday saying that i owe $791.15 and to pay 1/2 or I would here from their atty. When I called the number back they answer the call as Law offices of Allen Watson when i said i have my own atty they hung up in my face. This is a complete scam. Im just curious how they get our personal information.
Keep getting calls from this number, saying they are a law office and if I don't pay they will sue me and press criminal charges on me for some payday loan that I have never had! How do you report this if I want the harassment to stop?? Im getting very annoyed!!
