A guy named Blake called me from this place at 7:18 one one morning saying I owed for a payday loan that I took out with Cash Net. He told me that he was with the "Check Processing Center" and that they had a matter that was getting ready to go to the county court for 'check fraud' because my ACH draft was returned unpaid. I explained I had retained legal representation regarding this loan and they had been working with Cash Net, who had not agreed at this point to reduce the amount or come to a settlement. He then said, "Well, I don't work for Cash Net and I think they are scumbags. I work for the Check Processing Center and this is regarding the draft that was returned NSF" I gave him my attorney's number and told him to call them. He said he would and so far, haven't heard back from him.
I keep getting phone calls from this # to my cell and work # threatening me about a pay day loan that went from$200 to almost $500. Last threat was made today claiming to send my account to my city and state and file charges against me and have me arrested @ work.
Thank You for these alerts , they are jerks, they kept calling me today saying the same thing. Also if you listen to the person talking i highly doubt that the agency would first call and swear.
