They are a collection agency located in San Antonio.  They are very insistent and keep calling at different times.  The manager said his name is Paul Smith and he told me he wants to be my friend.  He said once we settle down the debt he will get together with me to go to the movies.  I wish more people were so considerate and thoughtful as both Paul and Peter.
