CPS Energy of San Antonio Texas. Power outage notification system. I signed up for notice. No voice msg was left, but at the same time, I got an email mag stating that electrical power was restored at my address.
"This is a message from CPS Energy. This message is to acknowledge the outage at <insert address here>. We expect your power to be restored by XXXXXXX"
I didn't know anyone at that number so I took longer than usual but no message. I used to be a customer with CPS but haven't lived in TX for half a year
