They called for the second time - said they had talked to us before about selling our house. (It is not on the market.) My husband asked how much they were willing to pay. They asked a lot of questions, age of roof, kitchen updated, etc., etc,. and offered about $100,000 less than it's worth.
Well, i took this call instead of call-blocker blocking it. Caller claimed to be a federal employee of the Veterans Administration, then demanded I refinance my mortgage. I said, "fine, go ahead, and re-finance my zero balance." Well she failed to understand the word "zero," so she went on and on with her sing-song BS crap. Finally, i had enough of her bs, so I informed her I'm on the do not call list; then she assured me that her buddies will be calling me. Bring it on; I blocked the area code and prefix, maybe that will work.
