Got a call from this number, sounded like it was a "Robo" or "Pre-Recorded" call as it must have started to speak when my voice mail picked up. First words heard were "grievance Issue ..... (yadda yadda yadda)". The voice said they had received it and to call some number which was partially garbled as the person did not speak clearly. Sorry, if you leave a poorly recorded message, and I can not make out what you said and leave a partial, and completely different number, and this number you called me on just rings upon calling back....I am gonna block you. Thinking you are a scam artist. BLOCKED!

I hate to say this, but in my case this was a legit call. It was from my health insurance provider (Coventry) following up about a complaint I had made regarding being balance billed for a service when I shouldn't have been billed at all.
The reason I said that I hate to say this was a legit call is that they called my house 5 times in 5 minutes and just wouldn't stop until I picked it up.
