Got a call from this number threating me to call him or else concerning a complaint .I'm postive it's some sort of private debt collector.

i just got one and they said formal complaint.. name of caller was mark milligan from office of HP and associates.. ???? not too sure myself

mark milligan called me about a formal complaint. said he was from the office of HP and Associates.. really didnt sound very professional. came up on caller ID unknown.

I personally didnt speak with him it was a message. wish I could share it with you

I received the same message about my bill with kay jewelers and said they were suing me and wanted money to settle out of court
