I got a formal approval letter from Ramon Clifford, Loan Officer, at Advance America. I bought it until I called the office he said he worked at in Houston. There was no one working there by the name Ramon Clifford......I also got a bad feeling when he wanted me to moneygram $900.00 to him directly. SCAM ALERT.....I called him back and ripped him a new one!!! My gut told me that this was WRONG......glad I listened~~
Today I got a call from this same number - it was a recording telling me they were calling from the IRS and they had an arrest warrant out for me and to call them back before it was sent to my state.

sent me email with documents for a loan I never asked for and called me....
Yeah, I just got an email from them. Checked the number, and glad I did. Gut feeling said "no way" anyway, but I checked out of curiosity. The other day I got a call from someone claiming to be the IRS. They said I owed 9,000 and change for a time period of about 5 years. Thing is, the time in question, I was locked up in federal prison for drug related charges. Lol. They didn't know what to say to that. I then proceeded to tell him to [***] off and offered him to contact the federal officers managing my case. Told him they might be interested in talking to him. Lol.
I just got an automated message from this number saying my loan officer was waiting for my response regarding a loan I was approved for. So I glad I looked up the number first.
