This caller is calling a relative of mine...constantly asking were to send legal documents because they are going to send a process server to deliver documents to me. This relative lives 1200 miles from me. This is the scum that Dave Ramsey speaks of when referring to low life debt collectors on debts that are off the books, already paid and no longer owed. cannot locate an address on these people, nor a fax number to send a cease and desist order.Contacted the Attorney Generals office and filed a formal complaint. If anyone has more information on address or fax number, please respond to this complaint.
