This is a cold call number used by cell phone call centers. I have tested this. I have verizon wireless and didn't pay my bill for 3 days. I got these annoying calls with noone.on the other end 1-3 back to back (within a 20-30 minute bracket) calls every 2 hours. If I didn't answer it I got a voicemail stating "there's been a status change to your account" my recommendation is not to verify anything via phone nor pay anything.
