Who called from 2103993396

They wanted me to call this 210-399-3396 number back.  Supposedly I was to receive $7,000.00 in grant money.  I did not return the call....

IT IS FRAUD

I received three calls from this number, very persistent supposedly I was to receive a grant from these people. They kept call even after I told them that I was driving at the time.

Answered call and silence on the other end until they hung up.

They called me & when I told them no thanks I wasn't interested they cussed me out.
