Given a case # and directed to call 888.618.6948. Went to the court house and no cases pending against me. Anyone else in Florida having the same problem post it and lets file joint complaints with the state. Inpersonating a officer of the court is a 3rd degree felony in Florida, which a legal proccesser is.
he called me telling me his name was officer michaels out of clearwater and that he had a summons he received 10days ago and wanted to let me know that out his best interest to to call 888-807-0511 to talk them about the possible court date which could be as soon as monday but that i need to call the client to get the court date. he did not identify the company or agency he worked for nor any other information regarding the matter soo i called the number to find out its a debt that i owe and they are trying to charge me all kinds of fee's and interest on the debt of 678 dollars and with their fee's and interest its over 2000 dollars.

I also live in Florida and am also receiving calls from a Jordan claiming to be with the processors office try to deliver a summons, I call the court house and have no court cases! They have also left messages on my voice mail at work!!
