I live in Texas and got this call. He identified himself as Jack Johnson and I was extremely polite to him. I informed him twice I had never heard of the company, Cash700, that he claims I received my loan from. I asked was it under a different name. He said it could be under many different loan names. he said I should either pay now, or call a lawyer and go to court. I asked him for his address. He said, "its your local sherriff's office. I asked him again for the address and he said, "i'll tell you what, we'll get the cops to knock on your door!". Next I decided to call my sherriff's office. They immediately verified their address when asked and also told me they would NEVER call and make a threat to arrest me. They called the whole thing a scam. They informed me I was welcome to file a police report.
I have recieved several calls from this number also his name is jack johns claims he is working for an attorney one minute an a sheriff the next saying i have a warrent due to having a payday loan with 700 dollar loans which i have nvr had in the first place he cant give me any info on this sso called warrent
