Who called from 2104013653

Someone claiming to be from the Federal Trade Commission called from this number.  This is fraudulent!

Same # ,but claims of being from State Attorney office with lawsuit in my name from bankrupt internet pay loan company PayDayOne, now called Rise loans, out of TX.  Loan was pd already through 3rd party debt resolution company I pd to help settle my debts.  His name to ask for was Adam Garcia.  From phone 210-401-3653.

Caller said he was from the IRS. He had a heavy Indian accent.

Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
