I finally answered today, just to have the satisfaction of telling someone to leave me alone.
But, doubt I will again unless I just happen to be in the mood to cuss out somebody just for grins and giggles.

They are not only in violation of DNC, they are also violating Medicare's rules. It is against Medicare rules to solicit without the client's prior authorization. I have received calls from 5 companies so far TODAY. All illegal. All creeps and scum.
Caller ID said MED 4 EVERYONE. Did not leave a message. I am receiving dozens of calls from Medicare insurance telemarketers because they apparently know I will soon be eligible for Medicare. I added this number to my blocked caller list.
We get this Med4Everyone a lot, too. And when you do get a person -- they get an attitude when you tell them to not call and they hang up. It's annoying to say the least. Wait til next time they call -- we'll have some fun.
I too am receiving these calls and asked why we were receiving them and they said because my husband was turning 65 in April. He just turned 58. One gal even told me to f myself because my husband was turning 65. Wow after 30 years of marriage and I don't know my husbands age?
