Same thing happened to me today. I got a call from 930-565-3671 they left me a message "Hello, we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially a final notice from the IRS to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. Please call 210-418-4582." I called and talked to someone claiming to be David Williams Badge # 14863. I could barely understand him, got flustered when I started asking too many questions. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he hung up.
Blocked CallerID. Left voicemail from "Internal Revenue Service" threatening legal action. Left this number as callback to resolve the supposed issue. Obvious scam to extort money.
Same thing just happened to me today. Unknown Caller, let a message saying "Hello, we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially a final notice from the IRS to inform you that the IRS is filling a lawsuit against you. Please call 210-418-4582." I called the guy, "Officer Ronney Williams" and said that I had something off on my taxes and I owe $5892 and that there is a warrant for my arrest. That they sent out 2 letters, I did not respond so they issued a warrant.
I asked him for clarity, where was I working, what address you sent the mail to, what exactly the discrepancy was, etc. He hung up on me. Definitely a SCAM!

Yup, same as above, got a robocall from 1 932 560 3621 that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Said I had to call 210-418-4582. If IRS was really after you they'd hound you with letters and then finally with certified mail.
Report the Calls to the real IRS here:

•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
