Called my cell phone then home phone, comes up on called ID as San Antonio, when I answered a man asked if a certain person was available to sign for legal papers, told him wrong number and he hung up on me. I live thousands of miles from Texas. They haven't called back since 2-12-15. I called the number and a message says it's not taking calls at this time. Phishing as usual.
