DNC exempts charities, political organizations, and surveys... Don't know how legit Kids Kars is, but they at least pretend to be a charitable organization, thus bypassing DNC rules.
Received two calls in past week from this number, with caller ID saying San Antonio, TX. Identical prerecorded messages about wanting donations of vehicles (including boats) & real estate (real estate donations are tax deductible, she says); purpose is to benefit the "nation's homeless veterans." Message says you can be removed from their call list by pushing a certain number when you call them back. (yeah...someone else can go first on that....)
