This must be a scam..I didnt answer, called back out of curiosity; got some tones and then it automatically hung up..Strange? I would avoid or block this number..
6/13/16 1:25 pm Caller ID: Unavailable 210 453 3008. Caller asked for the person responsible for credit card process. Calling from Sekure Cost Review. Offices in Montreal and New York, does not have the exact address off the top of her head. Caller ID spoofed with local area code.
Thank you Sally, they just called and you are right, they spoofed a local number pretending to call from San Antonio. These calls are a drain for small businesses.

Received a call today from this number with a woman asking the same question that Sally reports. I hung up immediately. Sure wish there was some way to identify without answering and shut these phishing callers down, they waste my minutes at the very least.
