They called me yesterday and yes, my payment was late, but only about 10 days. This guy was SO aggressive when I told him I couldn't pay he started asking me "well, don't you have friends or family to borrow from? is there a PAWN shop near you so you could hock something and pay this? do you realize this is a signed legal contract? are you going to be able to afford to keep this merchandise?" As you can imagine I flipped out and once I told him "this conversation is OVER..how dare you" I called the main office. They apologized profusely and said they were "aware" of the attitude of some of their collectors and were working to fix it. They're calling again already today so I'm going to be ready with my recorder in case I get another jerk on the line like I did yesterday.
