Can't figure out ho to block calls on my piece of junk phone. But they keep calling from different numbers anyway, claiming they're looking for a "Vincent" and that someone else gave them my number (btw, I've also gotten repeated calls from a car insurance company looking for "Vincent", claiming he was in an accident and needs to resolve his claim- now those people haven't called back since I explained that this isn't his phone- so does "Vincent" exist or not? Is he the guy who used to have this number?). I have actually had brief conversations with the "Addiction Helpline" person who picks up, it's always someone different. They sounded genuinely apologetic and embarrassed, promised not to call again, promised to put me on a Do Not Call list. The next day, a different person calls me from a different number with the SAME PITCH. I'm getting these calls anywhere from a couple of times a week to once a day, for months now
Same problem. Getting several calls a day from all over the country for this addiction recovery place. CA,MO, TX, LA, IA. Not answering didn't help and neither did pressing the do not call button. I finally pressed one to speak to a "counselor" and the guy, Max, answered from two different area codes. He was rude and hung up on me as soon as I asked not to be called any more. Total scam.
I am going to start pressing charges for harassment if you do not take me off your [***] call list increase needs to learn how to do some [***] customer service other than just hang up so you will hear from my attorney if I get one more phone call from you
